Problems can be a Asset

To be a disciple of Jesus in no way means that your life will be free of problems. Some of his noblest servants struggled with problems from the moment that they swore allegiance to him. Even Jesus knew what problems his intimate relationships with God the Father would bring over him. The impt fact is not the problem that confronts you, but the attitude which you respond to it. Some people regard problems as obstacles or obstructions, while others see them as opportunities to grapple with a challenge or as ways to deepen their relationship with their heavenly father.

It is possible to try and solve your problems in your own strength. Many people call this independent thinking, but if your thoughts fail, your problem remains just as insurmountable. It is at this point where those who have adopted Christ as their Lord and master realize the value of his living presence. They take their problems to him and in simple faith hand it over to him.The solution may appear immediately or it may be delayed, but no one who has ever sought out his guidance has ever been disappointed.

He guides those who place their faith in Him and turns their problems into an asset for life. Grant me the Faith, O Lord, to regard my problems as opportunities.
